signing in
Heard signs you in with a code sent by text to your phone number. If the code doesn't arrive, check the number and country code, wait a minute, then tap resend.
posting your song
Tap the yellow button, pick the song that sums up your day and lock it in. It's locked until midnight, then you can pick a new one. Post every day to keep your streak going.
reporting or blocking someone
Open their profile and tap [•••], or hold their friend request, then choose report or block. We review reports within 24 hours. The other person isn't told.
deleting your account
Tap your profile picture, scroll to settings and tap "delete my account". Everything is deleted straight away and can't be undone.
